- Download and print the Rental Application, then completely fill ALL FORMS in ink.
- Review and sign attached Qualifying Criteria and Screening Report Authorization Notice.
What do I need to bring with me when I go to rent an apartment?
- Check, money order, or cashier's check for the deposit (only $100 to reserve an apartment home) and application fee ($35 per applicant).
- We also now accept Visa or Mastercard for application fees and holding deposits.
- Proof of income. Please reference the "Income" section of the "Resident Selection Criteria" document attached to the application describing options for income verification required.
