• Use of low VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) paints which have fewer hazardous fumes or toxins.
• Our landscaping incorporates native California or Mediterranean plans which are drought tolerant and require relatively low supplemental irrigation.
• The community contains high-efficiency toilets that use only 1.6 gallons per flush and low flow shower heads.
• All laundry rooms have high efficiency laundries - the clothes dryers are natural gas, and the washing machines have a water factor of less than 5.0.
